    Any child in the Water Babies programme must wear a double-layer nappy system. This means an approved inner layer plus an approved outer layer such as a Happy Nappy™, Splash Jammers™, or a Duo product with both layers built in. Some products in this collection, such as Happy Nappy™ Sunsuits, already include the Happy Nappy™ outer layer, so only the approved inner layer is needed to complete the double-layer system.
