Make every swim a little more fun with our Happy Nappy™ Costume collection. Combining a stylish swimsuit with the award-winning reusable neoprene Happy Nappy™ built in, these clever costumes are designed to help keep little swimmers comfortable and secure during lessons.

Each costume also features a soft, stretchy nylon-lycra top for a comfortable fit and easy movement in the water. Perfect for Water Babies lessons, Happy Nappy™ Costumes are approved as part of the required double-layer nappy system and simply need to be worn with an approved inner layer, preferably reusable, such as a Nappy Wrap or Under Nappy.

Available in a range of adorable prints, including the exclusive Bubba the Whale design, they're a practical and parent-friendly choice for swim days.

No. All Water Babies swimmers must wear an approved double-layer nappy system. A Happy Nappy™ Costume acts as the outer layer and must be worn with an approved inner layer, such as a disposable nappy, Nappy Wrap or Under Nappy.

Yes. Happy Nappy™ Costumes are approved by Water Babies as part of the required double-layer nappy system, helping families arrive lesson-ready.

The built-in Happy Nappy™ should fit snugly around the waist and thighs to help provide effective leak protection. The swimsuit top should feel comfortable and allow your child to move freely during lessons.

The neoprene Happy Nappy™ section and the soft nylon-lycra top offers comfortable wear in the water. However, if your little one tends to feel the cold or you're swimming in a cooler pool, we recommend choosing a baby wetsuit for added insulation and comfort during lessons. This can help your child stay happy, relaxed and focused on enjoying their time in the water.
